BEHIND is open for dinner Wednesday – Saturday for a 7pm service and lunch Thursday – Saturday for a 12.30pm service. Each service comprises exclusively of a tasting menu, served directly to you by the chefs, featuring 8 fish-focussed courses for £88 per person. A smaller 6 course tasting menu for £54 per person is available Thursday – Friday lunch.
