BEHIND is open for dinner Wednesday – Saturday and lunch Thursday – Saturday. Each service comprises exclusively of a tasting menu, served directly to you by the chefs, featuring 8 fish-focussed courses for £118 per person. Saturday lunch is 8-courses but a smaller 6-course tasting menu for £64 per person is available Thursday and Friday lunch.
